Our handcrafted yurts all have steam bent ash beams and a unique round top solid oak door. The chic interiors are both rustic and cosy and are furnished with a double bed and futons and each has their own private kitchen facilities making the yurts an ideal break.
Each yurt is self-contained with its own flushing toilet and hot shower, as well as being fully equipped with everything that you should need during your stay. What’s more, each yurt has its own private wood-burning hot tub, so you can sit back, relax and bathe beneath the stars.
Set in stunning landscapes, all our yurts at both sites are well spread out to ensure privacy is paramount and the facilities have been carefully considered to guarantee your stay is as comfortable and relaxing as possible, whilst not compromising on the enjoyment of staying in the great outdoors.

Their 6 hand crafted yurts sit in a beautiful 7-acre meadow, with cycling routes for all types of riders, families, road or MTB within the local area and directly from the site.
Cycle facilities include secure cycle storage, a kit washing service, and a cycle service station and they have agreements with local companies to hire bikes and provide guided tours. BBQ and Breakfast packs are also available on request. They offer one night weekday stays for those just needing a restful night on a several-day tour.
They are located half way along the Way of the Roses coast to coast route and in the heart of the Tour de Yorkshire Stage 4. So whether you are a leisurely rider wanting to explore the stunning Yorkshire dales, whether you are on a several day touring challenge or whether you just want to spectate a local cycling event, Yurtshire is a great option.
